Probation and Supervision Services of the Tri-Cities, LLC only supervises misdemeanor cases from Sullivan County Criminal Court in Blountville, TN.

We cannot answer any questions regarding probation cases from Bristol General Sessions Court, Kingsport General Sessions Court or any felony probation cases.
If you have questions regarding a misdemeanor probation case from the Sullivan County Criminal Court you can call, text or email your question to:

Bristol General Sessions Court, Kingsport General Sessions Court and all felony probation cases are not handled in this office.

Contacting Your Officer:
When contacting your supervising officer, If your officer does not answer, leave ONE voicemail or ONE text message with your name and the details of the issue you are calling about. Your officer will return your call or text message when they are available, as needed. If for some reason, your Officer's voicemail is full, you will need to send them ONE text message with the needed information.
