About Us

Years before opening the agency, the team at Probation and Supervision Services of the Tri-Cities, LLC have worked tirelessly to change the way probation supervision is completed. We are fortunate to have experienced officers and personnel who bring their unique expertise and resources into everything we do. This is what enables us to achieve our goals and standards we set at our agency.

While there is always more that can be done, there is no doubt that we are making a significant impact. We don’t measure our success through just facts and figures, but through how many probationers do not reoffend during or after being supervised by our agency. We strive to make Sullivan County, TN and the surrounding areas safer as we work with individuals who have committed criminal offenses to become better, law-abiding citizens. We work to make probationers more aware of their actions by holding them accountable when necessary and compliment them when they become successful and productive citizens who are rehabilitated.

Meet the Staff of Probation and

Supervision Services (P.A.S.S.)

Our training and experience, puts our company at the forefront of supervision services and makes us more than capable of dealing with Justice Involved Individuals who are ordered to probation and/or monitoring by the courts. We are uniquely qualified to provide misdemeanor probation supervision as we have monitored misdemeanor and felony probation cases in the past and know what works and what doesn’t, as well as how to supervise individuals according to what Sullivan County Criminal Court has ordered. Past experience has also ensured that we could meet and exceed the high expectations of the courts we serve. Finally, we have worked with treatment resources, other probation agencies, courts, law enforcement agencies, etc. to be able to effectively provide supervision services to the community.
